Service: PhotoLab AI provides AI-powered passport and visa photo processing. Some features may be in preview or unavailable until full launch. We strive to produce government-compliant photos but cannot guarantee acceptance by any government agency.

User Responsibilities: You must own or have rights to any photo you upload. You are responsible for verifying the final photo meets your specific application requirements.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of your original photos. Processed photos are provided for your personal use.

Limitation of Liability: PhotoLab AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses resulting from rejected photos, including application fees or travel costs. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the photo.

Changes: We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
