Eligibility: If your photo is rejected by a government agency for compliance reasons (background, size, positioning), we will issue a full refund.
How to Request: Email support@qimiaolab.com within 60 days of purchase with your order confirmation and the rejection notice from the government agency.
Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable: Photos that are rejected due to issues unrelated to our processing (e.g., outdated photo, wrong photo entirely, incorrect application type) are not eligible for refund.
