Information We Collect: We collect the photos you upload for processing and your email address if you provide it for order confirmation. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, device type) to improve our service.

How We Use Your Data: Uploaded photos are processed in real-time to generate compliant passport photos. For the current preview build, uploaded photos are handled locally in your browser. When server-side processing launches, photos will be used only to generate your order and deleted after a short retention window documented here.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or photos with third parties, except as required to process your payment through our payment processor (PayPal/Stripe).

Your Rights: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. For EU residents, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data under GDPR.

Security: We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission. When server-side processing launches, photos will be processed in controlled environments with limited retention.
